Warranty & Returns
We stand behind all of our products by offering a simple one year warranty on every item we sell. That means if your item breaks, falls apart, or malfunctions under normal use within the first twelve (12) months of your purchase – we’ll replace it with the same item free of charge. What's "normal use"? Generally acceptable, or common usage of the particular item.
30 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE POLICY.
Within 30 days of receipt, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase - you can return it for a FULL 100% REFUND. The only stipulations are that the product must be in resellable condition (ie: belt uncut) and you must pay for the return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees and will refund your entire purchase price, less any charges the bank has applied. Please keep in mind that the refund/exchange process can take 1-2 weeks to complete, especially during the holiday season. We'll do our best to expedite it and make it as painless as possible.
30 DAY DAMAGE EXCHANGE POLICY
If our product arrives damaged or broken in any way from shipping, or if there is anything wrong at all >> instead of a refund, you can request a replacement or exchange free of charge. We will credit you the return shipping costs. If it arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to us to verify it. Please keep in mind that the refund/exchange process can take 1-2 weeks to complete, especially during the holiday season. We'll do our best to expedite it and make it as painless as possible.
