Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind all of our products by offering a simple One Year Warranty on every item we sell. That means if your item breaks, falls apart, or malfunctions under normal use within the first twelve (12) months of your purchase – we’ll replace it with the same item free of charge. What's "normal use"? Generally acceptable, or common usage of the particular item. We do not replace things like scratched buckles or scuffed belts from normal usage. If have a warranty issue, please email a photo of the defective area, purchase date or info, product model/color and your complete name with current shipping address. Email

We offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our products. To get a Full-Refund (minus shipping costs) all items must be returned in original condition and the belt uncut. If the belt has been cut from it's original length, or items are in used condition, a 20% Restocking fee will apply. If you purchased from Amazon they require that you return it thru their system. If you purchased directly from Kore (this website) please include a note with your name, order number and request for a Refund. Ship it back to the address below. We credit refunds back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for credit to appear back on you account. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using the US Postal Service First Class, for the least expensive price.  No need to FedEx it to us. See return address below. 

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken, or if there is anything wrong with it at all >> instead of a refund, you can request a fast replacement free of charge. Just email us a quick photo of the damaged area within 3 days of order receipt, and include your name and order number. Please keep in mind that the replacement process can take 1-2 weeks to complete with shipping times, especially during a holiday season. We'll do our best to expedite it and make it as painless as possible. Email 

If your item arrives and you realize that you chose the wrong model or color, you're welcome to ship it back and exchange it for the product you prefer. Of course it must be an item of equal or lesser value. If it's less, we can refund the difference back to your payment method, but can not charge you for more expensive items, as we don't keep your credit card info. For example, if you ordered the Evolve stainless steel buckle, but decide you really wanted the Intrepid stainless steel buckle - you can ship it back and exchange it - of course the item must be unused and in original condition. Just repack it and ship it to the KORE return address below. Please include a note detailing what product you wish to exchange it for and your complete return shipping address, with email for tracking. Exchanges typically re-ship within 3-5 days after we receive them. See return address below. 

If you have any issues or problems with your order or product, please start by emailing us a few key details so we can help you more effectively.  These include: 

  • Your full name and current shipping address
  • Item model / color 
  • Whenand where you purchased the product –,, Kickstarter, etc.
  • Order Number - if available 
  • Photo of defective part or area, so we can see what happened. This also helps us to make improvements.
