Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind all of our products by offering a simple One Year Warranty. That means if your item malfunctions under normal use within the first twelve (12) months of your purchase – we’ll replace it with the same item free of charge. What's "normal use"? Generally acceptable, or common usage of the particular item. We do not replace items for cosmetic issues, such as scratched buckles, fraying nylon, torn, scuffed or scratched leather, or items that are damaged by gear.  Proof of purchase is required.


We offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our products. To get a Full-Refund (minus shipping costs) all items must be returned uncut, unworn, unused, in original condition and original packaging (belts uncut, buckles unscratched, all parts in original packaging). 

Each customer may return ONE cut belt, however a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please do not return more than one cut belt as no refund will be issued.

A 20% Restocking fee will be charged on any items not returned in original, resellable condition.   If you purchased from Amazon, they require that you return it through their system. We process returns within 3 business days of receipt. We are only able to credit refunds back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for credit to appear back on you account.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using the US Postal Service First Class, for the least expensive price.  


If your item arrives and you realize that you chose the wrong model, size or color, you're welcome to ship it back to us and exchange it for the product you prefer. Sorry, there are no exchanges on cut belts.  The item must be unused, uncut and in original condition and packaging. Exchange must be an item of equal or lesser value. If it's equal value, we will send out the replacement item.  If it's less, we will ship out the replacement item and refund the difference back to your payment method.  If it is more, we will issue a refund so that you can order the item you want.  Just repack the item you are wishing to exchange, print out the exchange form, and ship it to the KORE return address below.  Exchanges typically re-ship within 3-5 business days of receipt.

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken, you can request a fast replacement free of charge.  Cut belts are not eligible for a damage claim.  Just email us a quick photo of the damaged area within 3 days of order receipt, and include your name and order number.  Email Support@KoreEssentials.com 

If you have any issues or problems with your order or product, please start by emailing us a few key details so we can help you more effectively.  These include: 

  • Your full name and current shipping address
  • Item model / color 
  • When and where you purchased the product – KoreEssentials.com, Amazon.com, Kickstarter, etc.
  • Order Number - if available 
  • Photo of defective part or area, so we can see what happened.
