How to Choose Your Gun Belt

First, check out the tabs below to view our gun belt options. Once you determine the type of belt that will work best for your application, it is as simple as choosing a color/material and a buckle. For any information not answered below, more information can be found on the specific product descriptions or by searching our Help Center.

All Kore gun belts use a ratcheting track system to allow for 1/4" adjustments, and are reinforced with our proprietary, virtually indestructible Power-Core center.

Belts and buckles can be purchased individually or together, however they will all arrive unassembled as they are designed to be cut to your size range. Set up is a very quick and simple process. A sizing instruction manual is included with each belt. Sizing instructions can also be found here.

PLEASE BE SURE TO READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CUTTING YOUR BELT. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CUT BELTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Many of our belts are available in multiple sizes. If you are right in the middle of 2 sizes and not sure which one to get, get the larger size. Our belts can be too short, but they cannot be too long as they are made to be cut to your size.

SHOP EVERYDAY CARRY [EDC] BELTS

Belt Specs
1.5" Wide and 5mm thick. These belts will fit through most standard belt loops.
Sizes
Tactical nylon is available in size 24" - 54" (EXL 24"-72"). Leather is available in size 24" - 44" (XL 44" - 54"). These belts feature a 10" track, which gives you 40+ sizing positions in 1/4" increments.
Available in 5 Materials
Tactical Nylon, Top Grain Leather, Top Grain Buffalo Leather, Armortek (Man-Made Leather) and USA Made Tactical Nylon. Our USA made gun belts are constructed with high quality USA made nylon webbing. They feature Gorilla Webbing™ that is 50% tougher than traditional webbing to prevent fraying or breakage.
Buckle Options
Compatible only with X Series Buckles (X1,X2,etc..), Western Buckles and Engraved Stainless Steel Buckles. The only difference between the buckles is the way they look. The X7, X9, and X10 [Retailer Exclusive] buckles are more compact to give more room in the front for appendix carry.
Applications
Perfect for everyday carry (Firearm, Holster, 1 or 2 Mag Pouches, etc...). Suitable for inside the waistband [IWB] or outside the waistband [OWB] carry.
Carrying Capacity
Leather up to 4 lbs - Tactical Nylon up to 10 lbs - Buffalo Leather up to 6 lbs - Armortek up to 6 lbs.
Leather and Armortek are less stiff than Nylon.

Belt Specs
1.75" Wide and 5mm thick. Please check belt loops before purchasing; many standard belt loops will not fit a 1.75" wide belt.

SHOP BATTLE BELTS

Introducing the World's First Micro-Adjustable Battle Belt. No more having to remove or undo your buckle to make an adjustment. You can easily adjust the belt while sitting, running, walking or even crawling through the trenches.

The Kore Battle Belt is a dual belt system. This means it uses an inner belt that passes through your belt loops, and an outer belt which is placed on the outside of your belt loops. The inner belt holds your pants up and provides a velcro mounting point for the outer belt. The outer belt is where you mount your holster, mag pouches, etc... The dual belt system allows for more carrying capacity than a single belt, as well as quick attachment and removal of the outer belt. Since you do not need to remove your pouches, holster, or other attachments when removing the belt, your gear will always stay where you attach it.

Belt Specs
The outer belt is 1.75" wide and 7mm thick. The inner belt is 1.5" wide and 5mm thick. Please note the inner outer belts are designed to work together in unison.
Sizes
Available in one size, 24”- 48”. Features a 5 inch track which gives you 20+ sizing positions.
Available in 5 Colors
Outer belts are available in Black, Coyote, Ranger Green, Multicam® and Multicam® Black. Made with high quality nylon and BARTACK stitched MOLLE webbing running the length belt.
Buckle Options
Compatible only with Battle Buckles (B1 and B2).
Inner Belt
Choose between a padded or unpadded inner belt. Not sure which one to get? See the differences here. The inner belt is reinforced with our power-core and can also be used a standalone everyday carry [EDC] gun belt. The inner belt and outer belt attach to each other using extremely strong and durable velcro, no belt keepers needed.
Applications
Recommended for Range use, Law Enforcement, SWAT, Military, etc...
Carrying Capacity
Can comfortably carry a full combat loadout up to 20 lbs.

SHOP DUTY BELTS

Introducing the World's First Micro-Adjustable Duty Belt. It is the most comfortable, adjustable, supportive duty belt you will ever wear. Kore Duty Buckles feature a dual release system, keeping it secure against would-be perpetrators attempting to forcibly remove your belt.

The Kore Duty Belt is a dual belt system. This means that it uses an inner belt which passes through your belt loops, and an outer belt which is placed over your belt loops. The inner belt is what holds your pants up and provides a velcro mounting point for the outer belt. The outer belt is where you mount your holster, mag pouches, etc... The dual belt system allows for more carrying capacity than a single belt, as well as quick attachment and removal of the outer belt. Since you do not need to remove any pouches, holster, or other attachments when removing the belt, your gear will always stay where you attach it.

Nylon, Plain Black Armortek, or Basketweave Armortek. Manufactured in the USA. Our unique Armortek material is a man-made suberfiber that is tougher than leather and engineered to outperform and outlast traditional leather belts. It has a leather like feel and look, but features increased durability.
Buckle Options
Compatible only with Duty Buckles (D1 and D2). The only difference between the buckles is the way they look.
Inner Belt
Choose between a padded or unpadded inner belt. Not sure which one to get? See the differences here. The inner belt is reinforced with our power-core and can also be used a standalone everyday carry [EDC] gun belt. The inner belt and outer belt attach to each other using extremely strong and durable velcro, no belt keepers needed. We do offer 4 packs of belt keepers for additional mounting security. You can also use any 2.25" belt keepers you prefer or already have.
Applications
Recommended for Law Enforcement and security use.
Carrying Capacity
Can comfortably carry up to 30 lbs of gear.

The Kore Executive Protection Belt is a dual belt system. This means it uses an inner belt that passes through your belt loops, and an outer belt which is placed on the outside of your belt loops. The inner belt holds your pants up and provides a velcro mounting point for the outer belt. The outer belt is where you mount your holster, mag pouches, etc... The dual belt system allows for more carrying capacity, as well as quick attachment and removal of the outer belt. Since you do not need to remove any pouches, holster, or other attachments when removing the belt, your gear will stay where you attach it.

Belt Specs
The outer belt is is available in 1.5" or 1.75" width and 6mm thick. The inner belt 1.5” wide and 5mm thick. Please note the inner and outer belt are designed to work together in unison.

Available in one size, 24” - 48”. Features a 10 inch track, which gives you 40+ sizing positions.
Available in 2 Materials
Available in full Armortek or Faux Leather / Scuba webbing hybrid. Our unique Armortek material is a man-made superfiber that is tougher than leather and engineered to outperform and outlast traditional leather belts. It has a leather like feel and look, but features increased durability, stretch and recovery properties. The Faux Leather / Scuba webbing hybrid version features a 15” long faux leather tip. The rest of the belt is constructed with high quality, durable scuba webbing. When worn with a suit jacket it will appear as a regular leather dress belt.
Buckle Options
1.5” outer belts are compatible only with X Series Buckles (X1,X2,etc..), Western Buckles and Engraved Stainless Steel Buckles. 1.75” outer belts are compatible only with G Series Buckles (G1, G2 and G3).
Inner Belt
Choose between a padded or unpadded inner belt. Not sure which one to get? See the differences here. The inner belt is reinforced with our power-core and can also be used as a standalone everyday carry [EDC] gun belt. Applications
Private security, executive protection, etc.. Designed to be worn with formal attire such as a suit jacket. All the important features of a dual belt system but designed to look like a dress belt.

The outer belt is made of rugged scuba webbing. Features a double reinforced power-core for maximum rigidity. Currently available only in black, more colors will be available soon.
Buckle Options
Compatible only with the C1 buckle.
Inner Belt

The inner belt is reinforced with our power-core and can also be used a standalone everyday carry [EDC] gun belt. The inner belt and outer belt attach to each other using extremely strong and durable velcro, no belt keepers needed.
Applications
Competition Shooting. Perfect for USPSA and IPSC. Please note, this belt is not permissable for IDPA matches. IDPA regulations require the belt to pass through a minimum of 2 belt loops. In this case we recommend using only the outer belt, which can feed through 2 or more belt loops.
Carrying Capacity
Can comfortably carry up to 15 lbs of gear.
