Returns & Exchanges

Return Instructions

1. Print your completed form. Include a copy inside the package so we can identify your return.
2. Pack your items securely. Items must be unused, uncut, and in their original packaging. Use a shipping box; returns in unprotected envelopes will not be accepted.
3. Purchase a return shipping label. You may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.
4. Allow time for processing. Once received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. For exchanges, Kore covers the outbound shipping cost of the replacement item. Once your returned items have been received and processed at our facility, an invoice will be emailed to you if your replacement item costs more than the original. If your replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
