Kore Essentials Shipping, Returns and Warranty Checkout Agreement

ORDERING & SHIPPING

I have reviewed all items in my cart and understand the products I am purchasing. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they are placed.

Orders are shipped to the shipping address entered at checkout. Please verify your address carefully, as shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. Shipping estimates reflect carrier transit time only and do not include order processing time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

I confirm that the shipping address provided is a secure location for delivery. Kore Essentials is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Orders confirmed as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Packages returned to sender because delivery could not be completed will be refunded, less shipping charges, once received back at our facility. Returned-to-sender packages cannot be re-shipped.

We do not ship to freight forwarders and do not guarantee delivery to freight forwarding addresses. Shipping costs and lost goods shipped to freight forwarders are not eligible for reimbursement.

For international orders shipped outside the United States, duties and taxes are included in the shipping rates shown at checkout. No additional customs or delivery fees will be due upon arrival.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Belts that have been cut are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Please review the sizing instructions carefully and contact our support team before cutting your belt if you have any questions.

Any missing items, shipping issues, or product concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us, and Kore Essentials will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

All Kore products include a 1-year replacement warranty covering defects that affect the functionality of the product under normal use.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or damage, including scratches, scuffs, marks, tears, fraying, or other appearance-related issues.

Warranty replacements are limited to the same product originally purchased and cannot be exchanged for a different item.
