Kore Essentials Shipping, Returns and Warranty Checkout Agreement

Orders are shipped to the shipping address exactly as entered at checkout. We do not make modifications to shipping addresses. I understand that my address may not be changed or modified once the order is placed.

I confirm that I understand and accept Kore Essentials' return and exchange policy. Belts that have been cut are not eligible for return or exchange. Please follow the sizing instructions carefully and give our support team a call or email before cutting if you have any questions or concerns. I understand that any issues or defects with the product received must be reported no later than 3 days from the date of delivery.  

I confirm that the shipping address provided offers a secure location for deliveries. I understand that shipments that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a refund or re-shipment. Optional shipping protection is available at checkout, if selected your shipment will be protected against loss or theft. 

I confirm that I understand Kore Essentials' shipping policy. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery times do not include the order processing window. Delivery times are not guaranteed and can be subject to carrier delays. 

I confirm that I understand and accept Kore Essentials' 1 year warranty policy. All of our Kore products have a 1 year exact replacement warranty under normal usage and wear. Our warranty covers issues that affect the functionality of the belt. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, marks, tears, and fraying are not covered by our warranty.
