HOW TO SIZE YOUR KORE DUTY BELT / PATROL BELT
PLEASE USE THE INCLUDED SIZING TAPE
IMPORTANT: The sizing tape is a cutting guide only. Do not wrap the sizing tape around your waist. Always cut the belts from the end opposite the track/flex section.
1. SIZE THE OUTER BELT
Lay the included sizing tape alongside the outer belt. Find your pant size on the sizing tape and cut the outer belt at that mark. Cut only from the end opposite the gray track.

Example: If your pant size is 36", cut the outer belt at the 36" mark.
2. SIZE THE INNER BELT
Lay the sizing tape alongside the inner belt. Find your pant size, subtract 1", and cut at that mark. Cut only from the end opposite the flex section.

Example: If your pant size is 36", cut the inner belt at the 35" mark.
3. ATTACH THE BUCKLE
Loosen the set screws on the back of the buckle. Insert the cut end of the outer belt completely into the buckle and fully close the teeth clamp first. Then gently tighten the set screws until flush.

IMPORTANT: Do not tighten the set screws until the teeth clamp is fully closed. Do not overtighten or force the screws.
4. TRY ON & CHECK THE FIT
Feed the inner belt through your pant loops and attach the Velcro sides. Center the 4" flex section over your zipper. There should be no Velcro belt visible behind the flex section. If there is, remove the inner belt and trim off the excess.

Place the outer belt over the inner belt with the buckle positioned at the right edge of the flex section. Feed the belt tip through the buckle and tighten until snug. Secure the excess tip with the Tip Keeper.
5. FINE-TUNE THE FIT
If the outer belt cannot be tightened enough, remove it and trim 1" at a time until you reach your ideal fit.

Once the fit is confirmed, attach the metal clip tip to the cut end of the inner belt.
