Refund policy

We offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our products. To get a Full-Refund (minus shipping costs) all items must be returned uncut, unworn, unused, in original condition and original packaging (belts uncut, buckles unscratched, all parts in original packaging). Belts that have been cut are not eligible for a refund.

CUT BELTS and ALL SALE ITEMS are NOT eligible for returns. 

Refunded credits may take up to 7-14 days to appear on your credit card statements.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returned items must be in original condition. That means we don't refund belts that have been trimmed or cut. So if you're not sure you like the item, do not cut or trim the belt.
