The majority of the outer belt is constructed from durable scuba webbing nylon, with a 15" Armortek Leather tip at the front. This hybrid construction combines the rugged strength of a nylon belt with the sleek, refined appearance of leather at the front, making it ideal for maintaining a professional appearance while wearing a suit jacket.

SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE, AND HIGHLY ADJUSTABLE INNER BELT
Typical inner belts overlap velcro over velcro, doubling the thickness and locking the belt in place. Not Kore. Crafted with super tough scuba webbing, the Kore inner belt incorporates a section of flexible material which adjusts in unison with the outer belt, avoiding bulky overlap and improving adjustability.
Note: Kore Executive Protection Belts must be used in conjunction with our unique Kore Inner Liner Belts to achieve the micro adjustable feature. Kore Dual Belt Adjustable Track Systems are Patented in the USA and currently Patent Pending in 40 countries.

We ship worldwide to most countries. Orders may experience delays in some countries due to customs processing and/or local carrier issues.
Lay the included sizing tape alongside the outer belt. Find your pant size on the sizing tape and cut the outer belt at that mark. Cut only from the end opposite the gray track.
Lay the sizing tape alongside the inner belt. Find your pant size, subtract 1", and cut at that mark. Cut only from the end opposite the flex section.
Loosen the set screws on the back of the buckle. Insert the cut end of the outer belt completely into the buckle and fully close the teeth clamp first. Then gently tighten the set screws until flush.
Feed the inner belt through your pant loops and attach the Velcro sides. Center the 4" flex section over your zipper. There should be no Velcro belt visible behind the flex section. If there is, remove the inner belt and trim off the excess.
If the outer belt cannot be tightened enough, remove it and trim 1" at a time until you reach your ideal fit.
